Cadeauonline offers Free Shipping on ALL orders over $60.00 - Orders over $60.00 receive free shipping. To be eligible, the order must be shipped to a street address in the Contiguous 48 United States. Free shipping is not valid for shipments to PO Boxes, APO, Canada or shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or other US Territories.

Order Processing and Arrival Estimates - Cadeauonline.com processes order requests Monday – Friday, with a daily shipment cut-off of 2:00 PM Pacific. All orders ship from Oregon. See the shipping schedule below for an estimate of your delivery time.

Rush Delivery - UPS 2 Day and 3 Day - For expedited shipping to locations in the contiguous 48 states, we offer a choice 2-Day and 3-day listed shipping options. Shipping times always begin the day after the shipment leaves our facility. UPS usually does not include weekends and holidays in their delivery time estimates, and do not deliver on weekends or national holidays. If you order on a Friday the delivery date for a 3 day option would be Wednesday the following week.(DO NOT select this option for (Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, APO's, PO Boxes and other US Territories – call for a custom quote.)

Overnight Shipping - For Overnight Shipping call our customer service number 541-347-9502 and we would be happy to custom quote you. Price will vary depending on the weight/size of package and your location. When you call please have a list of items ready so we can give you the best quote possible.

UPS International/USPS Shipping (Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, APO's, PO Boxes and other US Territories) - USPS Priority Mail is available for APOs, PO Boxes, Hawaii/Alaska and US Territories and have an estimated 2 to 3 day delivery service, and they also deliver on Saturdays. During the checkout process select the UPS International/USPS option.

**PLEASE NOTE**  USPS mail is not trackable like UPS, and this is not a guaranteed at a certain time delivery service. Our experience is that the products arrive 2 - 3 mail days for Priority (excluding Sundays and holidays).  

For shipping to Canada select the UPS International/USPS option which is estimated shipping time of 3-10 days depending on your location.  Canadian orders will ship UPS – so you will have a guaranteed delivery date (a UPS tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has been received and processed at the UPS facility). Overnight, 2-Day and 3-Day shipping is also available for Canada - please call with a list of the items you would like to purchase and we will provide you with a custom quote.

If you do not select the UPS International /USPS Shipping Option  for Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, APO's, PO Boxes and other US Territories when you check-out, we will manually process an up-charge to your credit card for this particular handling.  (Do NOT select regular ground or UPS 2-Day or 3-Day – call us for a custom quote).

For these locations we also have the right to review the order (if items are excessive in weight and location will require an up-charge), and contact you with a additional shipping charges.

Standard Shipping Rates.  Use the chart below to determine the cost of shipping depending on your shipping method. We will contact you same business day if your order is received during our business hours (M-F 10:00-5:30  Pacific – We are closed most national holidays)  if your order is excessive in weight or if your location warrants additional shipping charges.

Billing & Shipping Address Mistakes - If the billing address does not match the address on file with your bank, your order will be delayed until we can verify your address. To avoid order processing delays, please make sure you enter the exact address where your credit card or debit card statement is mailed in the "Bill To" fields in the shopping cart.  Our merchant service will decline credit cards with incorrect billing addresses, but will allow you to place an offline order. When we receive the Offline order we will then contact you and  resolve the problem.

Return Policy - At Cadeauonline.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Most of the items we sell are returnable as long as they are returned in the products original packaging in BRAND NEW CONDITION. 

Before returning items you MUST call customer service for authorization and directions with how to proceed with return.  Please call our customer service team at 541-347-9502, or contact us via email at customerservice@cadeauonline.com.  Make sure you include your name, phone number, email and order number so we can research your order and provide you with return information. Items can be returned within 15 days of shipment with a restocking fee of 20%.  Original shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is the customers responsibility.

If your order qualified for free shipping and you return merchandise you will be charged the shipping fee of the UPS or USPS rate that Cadeauonline was originally charged to ship your order.

If your package is shipped back to us due to an address error on the customer's part, refusal of package or a shipment delay (weather or other circumstances made by UPS or USPS) you must then pay the return shipping and the 20% restocking fee.  If you would still like your order and the package was sent back to us due to customer errors you will be charged the shipping fee to re-ship.

**Please be careful when shipping items back to us! We cannot issue refunds if the merchandise arrives back to us in condition where the items cannnot be resold..
